Your first well, free
Request a walkthrough
Forty-five minutes, on your wells, not a slide deck. Send the paperwork for one well and we build it into a live record before you join — the score, the specific-capacity trend, the three-cause diagnosis and the dollars, on your own data in your own units. Finding the documents takes most districts about twenty minutes. Everything after that is ours.
Start here
Bring us your worst well.
Send a driller’s log, an efficiency test, a start-up sheet — and the pump design sheet or factory curve if you have one — for one well. We will read them into a live record and show you the score, the trend and the money on your own data, in your own units, before you commit to anything.
- The first well is free — no cost, no obligation, nothing to install
- Then a 30-day paid pilot on three wells — the fee credited in full against onboarding
- Your documents are deleted afterwards if you ask

What you get
You keep the record, whatever you decide
Not a proposal. A working record of your well and a report your board can read, both built from your own paperwork. Here is one we produced for a well in the demonstration district — the same report, from the same engine, that yours comes out of: see a full five-page well report.
A live well record
Construction, casing and screen, pump and curve, every test on a trend, every document attached to the value it produced. Yours to keep and to add to.
A Well IQ with its workings
A score, a grade and a band — with the specific-capacity trend, the wire-to-water history and the three-cause diagnosis that produced them, so your engineer can check the arithmetic rather than trust it.
The money, per year
Energy intensity against the target for that plant, what the gap costs annually, and what a rehabilitation or a pump replacement would return — the numbers a board approves against.
Before you send anything
What happens to your documents
They stay yours, and they stay separate. Documents are held in a private store, isolated from every other district at the database level rather than by application code. Page images are read by an AI model to propose values — that is stated plainly in our privacy notice, along with who receives them — and nothing it proposes reaches a record until a person confirms it against the page.
You can take them back out. An owner can withdraw a document, a test or a whole well from the record, with a reason stored alongside it. Nothing is destroyed — a well record is evidence about public infrastructure and usually sits under a retention rule — so it leaves every view and every report and can be restored. And before a test is withdrawn, the platform recomputes the well without it and shows you what changes first. Say the word and we delete your walkthrough documents outright.
What happens next
Three steps, and you can stop after any of them
1 — You send one well
About 20 minutes of your time
A driller’s log, the most recent efficiency test and a pump start-up or repair sheet. If you can also find the pump design sheet or factory curve, send it — it is what lets the engine place the well on its own curve and tell you how far off its best efficiency point the pump is running. Scans are fine; so are photographs of paper. Email them or bring them to the call.
2 — We build the record
Two business days, none of them yours
We read the documents into a live Waterwell IQ record and compute the score, the specific-capacity trend, the energy intensity and the three-cause diagnosis. No cost, no obligation, and we delete the documents afterwards if you ask.
3 — We walk it together
Forty-five minutes, on a call
You see your own well, in your own units, and decide whether the answer is worth paying for. The next step, if you want one, is a 30-day paid pilot on three wells with their full historical backfill — its fee credited in full against onboarding when the district signs.
Prefer to talk first? Email [email protected] and we will find a time. Opening a contractor account: an Operator account is free, forever, and does not need a walkthrough — email us saying you are a driller or pump contractor and naming a district you work for, and we will open it. It is tied to the districts that invite you, so the district has to exist in the platform first; if yours is not on yet, tell us and we will approach them with you. Consulting engineers are covered by the district that invites them, at no cost to you, because membership is priced per well and never per seat; the paid Consultant tier is only for a firm that wants its own cross-district portfolio.
