For consulting engineers

Every client district, each on its own grant.

Built for exactly the work you already do: energy assessments, rehab-versus-replace studies, and the reports a board reads.

What you work with

One sign-in, every client

Each district you serve grants your firm its own access. Move between them from the district menu; each district’s record stays its own.

Ask IQ in every district

Ask in plain English about any well you can see. Every figure in the answer is cited to the test, record, plan or document it came from, with its date, and the answer says how sure it is.

The board-ready well report

The well condition report prints from the record on Letter paper: the decision and its budget first, then the evidence behind it, every figure traceable.

Savings with the arithmetic shown

Wire-to-water efficiency from the district’s own pump tests, one published calculation, and the recoverable dollars a year at the district’s energy rate, with the test each figure came from one click away.

Nothing you cannot show your work on

Every figure traces to its source — a document, a test, or the person who entered it — and to a published formula. No client ever has to take a number on faith.

Access the district controls

The district grants your title and can withdraw it at any moment. Every open is logged in its audit trail, and everything you produced stays in its record.

In practice

How consultants use it

The energy assessment

The district’s own pump tests, read in from the PDFs, put through one published wire-to-water calculation, and ranked by recoverable dollars a year at the district’s blended rate. The test each figure came from is one click away.

The rehab-versus-replace study

Specific capacity segmented at every rehabilitation, so the trend you present is the trend of the well as it stands. Equivalent annual cost for each option, the cost of deferring a year, and the remaining-life estimate — each with its derivation, so the board’s engineer can check your work and find it holds.

The board brief

The Budget tab’s one-page brief — the year ahead, the act-by month and what acting now would change — prints for each district you serve, every figure traceable to the tab.

Access

How access works

A district owner grants you a title — Consultant by default, or one the district has shaped. Every open is logged in the district’s audit trail. When the engagement ends, the district withdraws the title, and it keeps everything you produced in its record.

Questions we get asked

Questions consultants ask

Can I bring my own spreadsheets and PDFs?

Yes. Ingest reads pump tests, driller’s logs, as-builts, rehabilitation reports and pump curves, from a PDF or a photograph of the page. It proposes the values with a citation; you confirm; then the record is written.

Whose name is on the report?

The district’s. The condition report is printed from the district’s own record. Your firm’s cover and recommendations are not part of it today; attach it to your own report, where every figure it holds can be traced.
